For Seconds looking for their next career move

90-day sprint with 2-3 people “going together” with a facilitator as you navigate looking for new work (whether you’re currently OUT of a job or not).

60 minutes together once a month with homework and touch-bases in between.

These Pods are kept to intentionally small rooms where you can be in touch, accountable, and vulnerable

(often this is not a fun moment and there is a lot of fear during this transition)

We share (and work through) a list of concepts and tools developed over decades of experience and helping hundreds of people from interns to fortune 500 executives navigate job transition

In true Second’s Fashion, here’s the Caveat: There is NO guarantee that you WILL get a job through this work. This is meant to be a way to Go Together and Grow Together, and get some of the critical foundations of navigating transition under your belt.

Our last POD finished in April - 3 of 3 Seconds in that POD secured new roles. (Was the group Causal to those jobs? I don’t think so. Was it Correlated? 100%, and they said I should say so!)

  • We will support connections to our networks and within our Second’s community as possible.
  • We can also provide direct referrals to Personal Development Coaches, Counselors, Executive Coaches, or Spiritual Directors, if needs of that kind arise during our time together.
