My background includes all aspects of program development and design. I have experience in instructional design, program development/design, qualitative/quantitative research, evaluation, and training. I have worked in education, technology, and social innovation spaces designing and testing processes and programs. I have a Ph.D. in Education with a counseling emphasis, and I have master’s degrees in counseling and sociology to give me lenses to understand both intrapersonal and interpersonal worlds.
