Why consider assessment and review with an H2B2 Coach?

You may have completed many assessments in the past, but you’ve likely not looked at your results through the lens of your identity as a Second. In this experience, you will meet with a coach to learn more about the assessments we use in H2B2 and select the one that is most aligned with your personal development goals. After completing the assessment, you’ll benefit from a guided review of your results and receive tailored recommendations for continued growth.

What’s included

• Brief intro discussion with an H2B2 coach for assessment selection.
• Access to one development-aligned assessment (e.g., Kolbe A Index, Working Genius, or Appreciation at Work).
• A one-hour assessment review session with an H2B2 Coach.
• The opportunity to briefly discuss your results and experience with the H2B2 “Am I a Second?” assessment.
