Mastermind is a cool name for a small, intentional community. We believe strongly in both of those things - community and intentionality. Developing strong relationships where supporting AND challenging conversation can happen is so GOOD... and really hard in a large group.
A few simple benefits of mastermind groups are collective wisdom, feeling like you’re not crazy, and getting to hear other people share real stories about what they have done. Not advice - real life. This helps us realize it’s not just us, and not feeling crazy can be an especially intense need for Seconds.

Format: Virtual, 1 hour/month
Commitment: 1 year at a time
Group Size: 7 Total (You+up to 6 others) per group - curated for trust and diversity of experience
Investment: $1,750* if paid annually or $1,800 at $150 month (non-cancelable)

- How many sessions and how often? One 60-minute meeting per month, re-commit each year.
- Sustained Support: What if I miss one? You’re expected to attend at least 10. Most facilitators are flexible, and continuity is key.
- Shared Wisdom, Individually Applied: Do I need to facilitate? No, these are member-focused sessions for your growth.
